I Love Sleeping Naked

I Cant Sleep With Cloths On.

My family is not nudist but we have freedom to wear cloths or not.
My parents sleep naked also few times walk naked in the home but at night time only.
My younger brother enjoys nudism a lot. You can see him naked most of the time when he is home.
Talking about me, um well, sometimes i love walking naked and sometimes i don't. I think i depends upon hormones running inside me. Without fail i sleep naked. Before that many times i have my dinner topless also the breakfast on next morning. Sleeping naked really gives me a good feeling and self respect as well. I really thank my family for keeping home environment clean and healthy.
When i go to my friends or relatives home, i take permission before going to bed and stripping off. Sometimes i love walking naked seen by other people but most of the time i get confused.
Sleep naked, you will be yourself.

I want to be naked around the house more but my iarents are usually home and they aren't nudists. Any suggestions?

  I was naked in our apartment everyday. Finally, she would take off all her clothes when she came home. I knew she still had this habit now.

I also sleep in the nude while I am 16. It is great.

I always sleep naked,I hate the way clothes bunch up around me as I sleep.It is good you are so comfortable with your body and don't get all hung up about being dressed all of the time,you must be able to live in your body and not always in your head to be happy in life,best wishes and continue living happily in your own body.I'm glad you have an understanding and supportive family life.

  Truly speaking, i feel comfortable sleeping without cloths. Watching tv at night in nude is the thing which i enjoy most.

I can only sleep nude, as it is too uncomfortable to sleep with clothes on. I think it is utterly ridiculous to sleep with clothes on. I think you had a fantastic upbringing. We should all be so fortunate. None of my relatives and very few of my friends know that I'm a nudist.

  Yeah,3 times. Twice i was on private beach with few people around and once we friends were on trek and went naked in the lake.

Right you are ! - Nude is more comfortable and better for the circulation..what's to be ashamed of ..bodies are intended to be nude

I sleep naked, but my wife doesn't. My daughter has been sleeping naked since about 15/16 and that urkes my wife. My daughter is in her 3rd year in college and even her friends that sleep over, sleep naked. My daughter has started walking around with less clothes on, then just thong and panties and now even nude, but only if my wife isn't around.

  please give her enough support and space. Now she is a grown up girl. Must be looking beautiful and hot as well. That's why her mother is jealous. She needs your support and not a sympathy .

  It's been an internal struggle for me. Sometimes I catch her in certain positions from the rear, bent over, etc... and I don't see her as my daughter, I see her as one hot young girl. But then she turns around, I snap out of it, and then those images are burned in my head. I say to myself that I'm going to hell!!! I guess in a way, by pretending that it doesn't bother me, I am sort of supporting her. She does take after me, as I'm not one for wearing much clothes around the house. And in the early mornings, I'm always nude, even outside.
  I don't know the exact issue with my wife, but they have had many arguments in the past. My daughter stopped wearing panties in HS and that was an issue. Then she would rarely wear a bra. Then after a trip to Miami and seeing all the women in thong bathing suit, she got one to wear at our home pool and the wife had issues. I think my daughter may be rebelling. This past summer, her favorite suit was this skimpy g-string type suite...where the top always came off when she jumped in...LOL. And, when her girls were over, omg, it was like a smorgasbord of thongs, g-strings, topless, etc...
  I don't say anything...well...I may have to as she's recently started coming into the bathroom while I'm in the shower and we have glass doors.

  The female body is beautiful and it is natural to appreciate it, no matter who it is. Credit to you for allowing your girl to express herself by wearing little or nothing at all. Consider yourself lucky to have a daughter that feels free and confident enough to be partially or completely naked around you. So many children are stigmatized by nudity at an early age and grow up being ashamed of their wonderful bodies. Not everyone should be a public nudist, but anyone should feel free to be seen in as little or as much clothing as wanted.

It is the only way I have ever slept. Growing up, my brothers and sisters slept nude and now my wife and daughter sleep nude. It is the healthiest way to sleep.

Not only is sleeping naked the best way to sleep, it's also proven to be the best way to get a good night's sleep. Keep it up.

I agree. Sleeping naked is the best, feeling the sheets on the skin. I also like walking around naked in the evenings and mornings is a wonderful feeling of freedom.
