My Sleeping Habits.

Friday night , go to bed, Saturday sleep all day and night, some time in sat set alarm for 11a.m. Sunday morning, get up at set time.
dinner and chat with parents, back home for two.
Listen to music have a smoke and lie in bed drifting off to the sounds.
Wake up Monday about dinner time.chill out to sounds.
Tuesday, stay in bed till 6.45 p.m., get up watch a bit of telly, couple hours of music then back to bed.
Wednesday get up when I wake up, tidy flat up and relax to sounds till, 7 watch telly, back to sounds then bed about ten or eleven.
Thursday get up when awake,smoke and chill to music, hour's T.V. then back to bed.
Friday morning? as it comes, if nothing on then stay in bed till p.m.
