I Love Sleeping
Sleeping is so rejuvenating for me, I feel great after sleeping about 10 hours. Recently found out that there is such a thing as "long sleepers" - those who require 10-12 hours of sleep daily in order to feel their best. Tons of articles say it's bad to get short sleep on weekdays & then catch up on weekends, but for me that is absolutely false. I get about 7 hours a night on weekdays, and then try for 10-12 on Sat/Sun. Without that catch-up time, I feel like hell all week long & I also catch colds more often. I just love how refreshed my body feels after sleep, getting up at 7:30 am every day is torture. That's about when I go into my deepest sleep & dream states.
