It Definately Set Me Apart From The Other Kids In The Neighborhood.

Ever since I remember when I was a child, my dad always had snakes.  He started out getting them when he was young and in the Navy, and then got another one when I was probably in 3rd grade.  They were teeny tiny!  But he had one that was like 2 feet and I remember being TERRIFIED!  Until he just made me hold her and when I realized it was all good, I calmed down...  I don't remember him getting rid of the teeny ones, but he did.  He kept the 2ft Ball Python, Elizabeth, and then got a Burmese Python, Hisser... and then a Red Tail Boa, Spanky.  

Elizabeth stayed the same size until we had to get rid of her, but Spanky got to a giant 14 ft... and Hisser, she got to be 16 feet long.  Freaking HUGE!  I remember when I would have her on my shoulders and she would want to get down, it felt like she was trying to choke me... She wasn't, it was just her muscles pushing to get herself down...

I having snakes.  My husband said if I got a snake I would come home one day, he would be grilling and my snake would be missing.
