I Love It But I Also Hate It

I love snow. I love the way everything looks when it snows, you know, all whitish. Except trees and that. They look darker against the snowy backdrop. I like the sunrise, if there is a break in the clouds then the colours reflect of the snowy terrain.

I hate snow because it's so damn cold! I hate waking up to snow and going "Oh c*** it's not worth being alive today" coz it's so f***ing painful when the cold gets my toes, I can't sleep some nights, like the night before last. I hate it when it snows and I'm in a tent, too. I hate when my footprints in the snow threaten to give away the location of my winter hideout. I think there are more negative things, than positive things, I can say about snow, so maybe I should have joined an "I hate snow" group instead.

I have spent a couple of New Year's Eves in a tent in snow and I can assure you that when you are in that situation, the thought that people are enjoying it and being happy it's here and playing in it, is about as nice as knowing that people watch realistic **** **** and enjoy it and **** over it. An extreme analogy I know, but then I get pain in my feet and hands and face and it makes me bitter.<BR>Plus how the hell am I supposed to get to my little hideout without leading other people in there with my dirty great big line of footprints? Well it'll melt sson anyway and its only 3 weeks until lambing season so nothing to worry about now, the worst should be over. :)

I love it only on a 55 degree day...great revenge!

*lol* What can I do? I try to look at it as fluffy fun flakes floating. but then I have to deal with the truth. My actual first-person true story is I f***ing hate it. :p
