A Very Special Young Friend

During all my life,

Many people have come into my world,

day after day.

But only some of them,

They will be forever in my memory.

Those people are called friends,

And I will take them forever in my heart,

Sometimes for the simple fact that they have crossed my path,

A single word of comfort when I needed,

Sometimes because by given a minute of their attention,

And listened my anguishes,

Afraidness, victories, defeats...

Sometimes because they have trusted me,

Whe they shared their problem,

It means a friend:

It is to hear, it is to trust, it is to love.

And real friends,

They stay forever in our hearts,

Like footprints in the soul, which are indestructible
