I like sports cause of it's physical conditioning and mental conditioning. I like a diversity of sports, rather it's on water (swimming), land (football AKA soccer) or sky (urban acrobatics) I like them a lot.
Enjoying any sport and done correctly also helps to develop a certain amount of personal discipline. It also helps young persons to develop a sense of teamwork if it is a team sport. I especially like swimming and in the past (when younger) enjoyed playing American style football (not soccer or rugby).
