..and Then I Learn How To Improve Myself..After injuries I stopped to do some of the sport I liked, so I had to start from zero again, and again. I tried to go skateboarding street again but my body wasn't fine at 25. So I ran, I ran a lot.
In my life I did so much physiotherapy that I can tell I've got a lot of experience about. I started learning how different methods work and finally a good physiotherapy told me how to do exercises by myself.
Well.. i'm fine now at 28, and I keep running, but I can skateboarding like I'm 18 flippin' and jumping set of stairs, and I'm in longboarding downhill too.
I always believed in science, also because it is what I study and my interest in life, but .."mens sana in corpore sano"..and never stop believing.
