Sunset, Sunrise, Swiftly Flow the Days
Riding a ferry to work and back, leaving at 6:20 AM and returning around 5:30 PM I get to see a lot of sunrises and sunsets. I forget I can take pictures on my phone and sometimes they are lovely. The sun rises casting red rays up from behind the houses on the shoreline. When it hits the clouds (Seattle has a lot of them) they shine a golden color. All too soon, the sky loses all the firey colors and becomes whatever it is that day, plain, not like before. But, we who view the sunrise and sunset remember, have a picture printed on our heart and soul that we can look at when life isn't what we wish it were.
