Early Morning Tea

I'm an early riser. And when I used to live in a townhouse, I would have my first tea of the day sitting out on my back steps, just as the golden sun was poking it way through the other houses and trees. The steam from my mug would rise into the crisp morning air. I would leisurely sip on my tea and enjoy the morning.

Now I live in an apartment, with no balcony. I enjoy my early morning tea at my kitchen table, or on the couch. I miss sitting outside and enjoying that moment of comfort. I also love a cup of tea (sometimes wine) while I'm soaking in the tub. The cup at the end of the day soothes me, relaxes and calms me.
