I Will Admit It....

It's that "so bad, it's good" kind of love. 

I think we always love the period of time when we were transitioning into adulthood, though.  Most of us anyway.  That time of finding true independence and discovering one's sexual power.  Being young enough to pull off the styles and fashion and with the right attitude.

But I wouldn't want to go back there.  I'm happier with myself now.  More self confident.  More aware of what's really important in life.  I enjoy revisiting those days through music and my memories.  Remembering those feelings of freedom, when everything seemed possible.  I find myself chasing those same feelings today.

Unfortunately, for me, the 80's were already a time of adult commitments and responsibilities, but , dating myself, I feel the same way about the late 60's and early 70's. Still living the youthful carefree times but feeling cool about handling and taking on adult responsibilities.
