La Jolla Shores To Moonstone Beach: Behold The Golden Coast!

I was basically born on the beach. I mean to say their was a great view from the hospital windows. For the first few years of my life I was in walking distance or crawling distance I should say from the shores. Many years later I lived in the middle of the US for a short time and even though I liked it there, I couldn't help but feel claustrophobic. At least that is the best word I can think of to discribe the feeling. Being surrounded by land in every direction seemed stifling and unnatural. I just don't feel "normal" if I'm not near an ocean and its' shores. More specifically the Pacific ocean and it's amazing beaches. I've slept on the beaches. Made sand castles on beaches. Searched for treasure and shells on beaches. I've partied on the beaches. I've been to the beaches of Hawaii and truly felt its' healing power. I've had some of the best times in my life on beaches. Their are so many different types along the California Coastline and each one better than the next. Hawaii beaches are amazing too and all very different in their own right. I love living on the Golden Coast, earthquakes and all. It just makes you feel...alive!
