Beach Run

I like nothing more than taking a run along the beach when i get in from a working day. Breathing in the healthy sea air helps me understand how important keeping healthy is. I didnt smoke a lot of cigaretes but it was a regular thing and over the last few years iv came to my senses and doing without a lot,its not been that easy as i found my addiction lay deep in my mind but when the smoke ban in pubs came about i found this to be a blessing.
