to hear the waves as they crash to the shoe line, to listen to the birds above, to be able to relax one's mind and enjoy the moment, even if it's a brief one at that, the beach, even in the winter when it's crisp chill takes affects, it is still a grand pleasure to not only witness but to enjoy, and when one walk's away, you walk away with a much more clear vision then you did when you first arrived...

I love spending time at the beach. I just love being around water. It seems like you can do so many different things at the beach. It aslo helps that my favorite food is seafood.

this summer i live right on the mediterranean. I love it! I'm always a fan of beach and ocea lovers. I have to go swimming every single day. And I try to do as many sports out there as possible.. surfing, sailing, diving... but my true love is free diving, just you and the water =) Thanks for the story! Good share!

Have always lived near the ocean and I wouldn't live anywhere else. The beautiful sunrises, the feeling of the breeze as you bask in the sun listening to the waves, clambakes on the beach at sunset with good friends...this is the life!

I'm from Hawaii, I've only been to the beach once since I moved to the mainland. At home I spent all my spare time on the beach, I did my homework there, even slept there a lot of the time.I guess you could call me and my siblings beach bums.

I ventured to the beach for Memorial Day weekend and it was wonderful after this long, cold winter we had. Refreshing.

I can't wait for Summer weather! Still to cool here!
