Big Maybelle Shaking It

Whole Lotta Goin' On was first recorded by rhythm and blues artist Big Maybelle in March of 1955. A more "universal" successful version was recorded by Jerry Lee Lewis a few years later.  I can't disrespect Jerry lee's version because even though he changed the song to a boogie beat, it kept a lot of the raunchiness, and stand as a great song in it's own right.  Maybelle's version was pure sex from the rhythm, and her sultry performance of the song.  It is a classic in it's own right and deserve better than to be forgotten.
