I Admire The Lamplighter From The Little Prince Too

The Lamplighter’s job is to light the one lamp on his small planet in the evening and put it out at sunrise. These are his “orders”. The only problem is that over time the rotation of his planet has become faster until at this point he has to light and put out the lamp once every minute giving him no time to rest.

 i admire that the lamplighter is loyal to his job,

one every minute has to do that. even if he likes sleep i admire the fact that hes loyal to what he does

and i think the little prince didn find him so odd as to rest of who he met on other planets
