I found that if we try and answer these 3 questions, we can have nice presentations:
1. What is the problem/topic.
2. Why its important to solve this problem.
3. How to solve the problem: your way...

    a) Presentations have to be to the point to keep the audience engaged.
    b) A little humour goes a long way, along with eye contact and positive body language.
    c) There should be a Q&A time allowance where the audience becomes part of the presentation and importance is placed to their opinions.
