I Think I May Be A Sims 3 Design-o-holicI remember playing Sims 1 on my parents computer when it came out. I loved it. I got the Deluxe version, and was completely enthralled by it. I didn't even know there were expansions, I was just having as much fun as I possibly could! We didn't have much, and didn't even have the internet, so I was content.
Fast forward (how many years now I wonder?), and for the past year I've been playing The Sims 3 on my own Laptop. I didn't even know there was a Sims 2. I didn't care at all! It brought back so many awesome memories. I go to college online, and I work part-time to help pay for bills and things, but this leaves a lot of time to my hobby :)
I've come to the realization that I don't even play that much anymore, I seem to design houses and families, then test them for a while, then stick them on the clipboard and start over with another plan! It's usually always just me and my guy who I stick into the families, but everytime I redesign them I test a new mod or something, and every single house hasa new hook (I've done an asian paradise, a southern cotton estate, an underwater haven, and have become more and more developed in my talents with ConstrainFloorElevation and Friezes. I'm nearing the part where I start over again, and I wonder if there are many people like me who seem to find themselves unknowingly gravitating towards designing?
