Wrong .............depeche Mode

wrong

I was born with the wrong sign

In the wrong house

With the wrong ascendancy

I took the wrong road

That led to the wrong tendencies

I was in the wrong place at the wrong time

For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme

On the wrong day of the wrong week

I used the wrong method with the wrong technique

Wrong

Wrong

There's something wrong with me chemically

Something wrong with me inherently

The wrong mix in the wrong genes

I reached the wrong ends by the wrong means

It was the wrong plan

In the wrong hands

The wrong theory for the wrong man

The wrong eyes on the wrong prize

The wrong questions with the wrong replies

Wrong

Wrong

I was marching to the wrong drum

With the wrong scum

******* out the wrong energy

Using all the wrong lines

And the wrong signs

With the wrong intensity

I was on the wrong page of the wrong book

With the wrong rendition of the wrong look

With the wrong moon, every wrong night

With the wrong tune playing till it sounded right yeah

Wrong

Wrong

(Too long)

Wrong

(Too long)

I was born with the wrong sign

In the wrong house

With the wrong ascendancy

I took the wrong road

That led to the wrong tendencies

I was in the wrong place at the wrong time

For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme

On the wrong day of the wrong week

I used the wrong method with the wrong technique

why did i choose these lyrics?...because the first time i heard them i felt them so mine...

and by the way...i´ve been always thinking about women and literature...why so few?...maybe there are really many of them....only just unknown...i know it is like that....and it is a shame...i do not deny women are inside the literature....as someone said:

there are 3 things men can do with women: love them, suffer for them, or turn them into literature.....

although i do not totally agree....men can do much more with women....and this much more is not always a good thing....

the RYTHYMN is something I understand is "IN YOU" anyod...
much like the RYTHYMN of YOUR poetic "INNER SELF" wanting to "SPEAK" to us...

I have some PROSE let us say... similar to these words of Depeche Mode.
Confident that You hon and yes the WORLD would ADORE them sung... to sing along.
Some day... not so long from now... my "LYRICS" will be THE RAVE of NATIONS of PEOPLE...
I like that and smile that such UNITY for My CREATION is coming... a UNITY of GOOD WILL also.
:)

anyod...
Why did YOU select this particular song to place here?

I wonder... and in this "wonder" of mine I only ask so that "YOU BETTER UNDERSTAND" you.
So that "YOU" embrace this "POET" you have certainly shared by now that you are...

Have you read much of Emily Dickinson?

Emily Dickinson was born in Amherst, Massachusetts, in 1830.
THE 1800s were a trying time for WOMEN... a TRULY DIFFICULT TIME... than when wasn't?

Amy Lowell was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, on February 9, 1874.

One of A. Lowell's POEMS:

The Taxi

When I go away from you
The world beats dead
Like a slackened drum.
I call out for you against the jutted stars
And shout into the ridges of the wind.
Streets coming fast,
One after the other,
Wedge you away from me,
And the lamps of the city ***** my eyes
So that I can no longer see your face.
Why should I leave you,
To wound myself upon the sharp edges of the night?

-- From Sword Blades & Poppy Seed (1914)

YOU SHOULD HON... take some time
... I ENCOURAGE YOU TOO ...
"GOOGLE" "FAMOUS FEMALE POETS" ... and than "FAMOUS FEMALE ARTISTS" and too
"FAMOUS FEMALE NOVELISTS"... just take some time, now and than... study the BRILLIANT MINDS of these AFFECTS AND EFFECTS the WOMEN chose to DELIVER... that did reach being ACCREDITED RIGHTLY SO TO THAT WOMAN... do keep in mind that SHAMELY in history there have been those hetero claiming males that VIOLATED ARTISTS FEMALE and STOLE HER WORKS placing "his" CLAIM to her WORKS... IT IS DISGUSTING.
Has also TAKEN PLACE IN SCIENCE IN VAST REACHES OF SCIENCE! SHAMEFUL it is!

I ask that You TAKE TIME... and commit to doing so... YOU WILL BE ENRICHED.
