When I was a kid, my dad had bought my mom a digital watch and was having problems setting her before giving her to my mom... Eventually I head him say aloud:
"I'm trying to set you!"
Similarly, a woman demonstrating a voicemail system in a previous job hit the wrong key and got an error message and told the device in front of all the staff:
"Oh, you are right"
