I have a big picture on my wall of this. I love this picture.

It's believed that this picture was staged like this to promote the construction of the building. The photo almost tells a story. In 1932 up to a third of the American working force was unemployed.
The men in this picture, happy to even have a job are eating from VOS box lunches. All of the men seem to be engaged in various conversations ranging from family to the Yankees. If you look at the Older man (third from the left) it seems (to me any way) based on the way he's sitting, gesturing and facial expression that he's voicing his opinion on what needs to happen to pull the country out of the Great Depression.
