OMG...

those are called "Madeleines", and I got hooked on them a few years ago.  Even asked a friend of mine to bring me some (the "real thing") back from Paris.  He brought me a whole shopping bag full of different kinds, and still brings them back whenever he goes, but I still like the ones from Starbucks best.
