I've always been a very logical person and I've also always been the type to pay close attention to my surroundings. I'm very observant. I have a close friend that I'm actually a lot a like (she's and older woman infact she used to be my teacher). She pointed out to me that this part of me was very obvious to her because she's the same way. We both can sit in any room and know exactly what's going on around us as well as what the conversation we are having is about. I've noticed it seems to help with my memory when I do this as well. Like for example...I can be at a resturant talking to a friend and then months later be talking to the friend again and hear them say a word a certain way or a phrase and then suddenly remember some one in the resturant laughing at a joke when my friend said that phrase or word then. Or I'll suddenly remember where a certain person was and I'll remember what they looked like in great detail.

Anyway, I always pay close attention to my surroundings and what's being said around me as well as to me. I love watching people and figuring them out. So my being observant helps with that. You'll be amazed at what you can learn about someone just by the way they talk or sit or walk or anything like that.
