started wetting the bed and myself, on purpose. i played a number of head games with myself like letting go when i counted down from 10 to 1, self talk about it being okay to wet. eventually, the solution was night time diapers.Drank plenty of water and moved my daily water pill to bedtime so i would wet when i was prepared to take it, early on, i would wake when i had to pee and have to tell myself it was okay to release.
now i have many daytime accidents because my bladder dumps very quickly, often before i can make it. this has meant several heavy wet spots in public and wet beds several times a weak despite wearing the heaviest disposables or overnight cottons and, plastic panties.
