With the eyes of our souls we saw Love
and with our Hearts we wrote our own truth that no words could ever define
And upon the mirrored pages of ourselves came a story so unique, so untold,
that we were afraid of its destiny…
Kissed by your heart At a bridge of stone
it tasted sweet, and true and of Hope and Eternity
We chanced a step into the Chalice that is Love…
We were bound together
our Hearts beat as one and our minds became still in the midst of uncertainty
And we laid down with our Honesty and our Kindness
with our Smiles and our Touch the Foundations of a single heart…
And for windows we placed our dreams so that we might see them every day
and our door was made of Honour strong, and true
And around the cottage of our hearts we planted
dreams of Laughter and Happiness, and Roses of Sunshine and Buttercups of Smiles…
Where words were once afraid to speak,
our Hearts did not falter and hand-in-hand,
without doubt where nothing could crumble the walls,
We lived in Love in our cottage by the sea
This is what happened, when he kissed me
