Cheaper Than Prozac!
I am shocked to see other grown folks doing this..but pleasantly surprised!
Sometimes when I get so very depressed and nothing seems to make me feel better, I will buy a handful of cute coloring books and a huge box of Crayola crayons and head home.
Then I make a cup of cocoa and hunker down on the floor and lose myself in the heavenly scent of crayons! Within an hour, my outlook generally improves greatly and life seems a bit more bearable.
