Sooooooooooooooooooooooo Good

I love to cook.  The older I get the better I am at it.  The only drawback with cooking  my  own meals is that when I do  eat out I critique the meal then end up saying that  it was too expensive.  I think I want to learn Chinese.  I started out with Italian and have learned to make a great meatball.  Progressed to chicken marcella.  I am in the process of learning sauces.  The ultimate experience would be to go to cooking school. I have an audience at home that likes everything i make and that makes me feel great.  I guess cooking what we love opens our hearts.

I love to eat food from all around the world and love to cook for myself some of the things I try - would never dare to cook for anyone eager to critique like that though!

If you move away from italian, i recommend going Thai and not chinese.

You should also try Thai it taste soo good however more spicy and more how do you say it... more natural . Well I will tell you because I cooked Chinese Asian dishes myself They use a lot of ginger and red chili's in their recipes:) :)

Mmm... learning Chinese would be legit. :D
