Lemon Flavoured Rubber Brick

Recipe as for Lemon Drizzle Cake but use two years out of date self raising flour. DOH!!

Looked and smelt delicious but when the knife just bounced off it I knew something was wrong. So very disappointing.

    Maybe this is why my bread has been disappointing, out of date yeast.
