Cookies Therapy

When I am feeling really really stressed, and just can't seem to get it together; I bake.

I have been baking cookies. LOL...again with the cookies.

Yep. almost got the recipes tweaked, with less sugar, salt, and fat so I can send them off to my lovely friends again.

Meanwhile...I'm also getting warmed up for the great cookie bake I do for the holidays. Convenient that Yule and Christmas are so close. I can do for the one and no one notices. :)

So... laying in supplies for:

White Chocolate/Macadamia Nut                                 

White Chocolate Chip                                                   

Vanilla Chip                                                                   

Butterscotch Chip                                                          

Chocolate Chocolate Chip                                             

Chocolate Chip                                                                

Peanut butter Chip                                                        

Peanut butter Chocolate Chip                                       

Chocolate Peanut butter Chip                                       

Peanut Butter                                                                Sugar                                                                           


Jam Thumbprints                                                           Oatmeal                                                                       

Oatmeal Raisin, and Craisin, and Walnut, and Pecan, and Black Walnut, and Apple

Turtle Cookies, and M&M cookies

and then whatever may catch my fancy.

Some are rolled, and some are dropped, and some are cut, and some frosted.

LOL.... Then on to the brownies and the little bite-sized fruitcake jewels.'s therapy. And I must need a lot because I do it all day everyday for at least a week.

Cool....when i get stressed out i get baked...and those cookies sound really good about now
