I Love My Tabbouleh

I've been making my version of tabbouleh for almost 10 years now.

I always used the freshest organic parsley, red onion, fresh roma tomato and finely diced English cucumber along with the usual bulgur wheat, lemon juice, extra virgin olive and dried mint (I will use fresh whenever available; it is my first choice).

I love to make a tabbouleh sandwich in Father Sam's wheat pita pockets...had it for lunch...mmm good.
