Too Old To Be A Prodigy

I've been drawing since I could pick up a pencil. Even at the age of 7, my teachers told my dad that I showed "genius" in my work. I've won numerous scholarships to the Baum School of Art and was even awarded the Marty Cohen Scholarship twice (every year this rich lawyer sponsored 10 kids for a full scholarship for the art class of their choice... it was up to the teachers to decide out of all the students who got it). I miss being younger... it was far easier to be recognized for my talent. Now I'm too old for anyone to give a care.

creative art don't care about age

I'm sure a lot of people care. Do you advertise your art? Enter it into a contest? I bet it would bring a happiness to people that they would not have gotten if it weren't for you. Maybe you just miss being younger.. I don't blame you if that's the case. It was better when I was younger. I know that lol
