Euphoria.

Whew! I made it through an early basketball practice this morning and I am feeling great. You know that sensation when it is finally Friday and you have been training all week? When you bust out that last rep or go through that last sprint in practice and you know you are free. You get to come home, shower, rest, recover, and just lay in your bed relaxing. I love that feeling when the endorphins are still kicking in your system and you feel so weightless.  I get to enjoy the thanksgiving leftovers ( in moderation) and just chill. The best part is when you bust your but early in the morning you can enjoy that guiltless feeling of laying around all day because you already got your workout in. It may burn and be painful at times but exercise is always worth the euphoria
