Boy Do I Ever!!!

I do love to laugh - so much, yet I don't do it nearly enough!! I feel so much tension released when I have a good laugh!

My daughters can get me to laugh very easily - one of the things they LOVE to do to me is "whisper" in my ear - they can't even get a word out before I am giggling uncontrollably - they think it is hilarious so then they try to tell me "secrets" over and over again - one day they may make their mom wet her pants - eek!!

And, I don't know if it is so, but it seems to release some sort of chemical, because I PHYSICALLY feel better after a good laugh! I need to "google" that!
Thanks for the comment!

Laughter is a wonderful thing, it flows from deep within and fills you with it's joy

I love it!! I wondered about that nickname too! Now I know the secret!

Metal - sometimes it's a choice to either laugh or cry, and I don't know about you, but if I can, I would prefer to laugh! It may be hysterical laughter, but it's a laugh, nonetheless!
I also think it is very healthy to be able to laugh at yourself - that comes pretty easily to me too - in fact, maybe I need to do that a little more - and I might laugh a little more too!!
Glad to hear bladder control is not an issue for you - YET! hee hee!!

Laughter has been my number one survival tool. Glad you're onto the secret, too, and have people who can make you laugh. Perhaps unfortunately, most of my laughs come at my own expense, but they're still good laughs. Not good enough to wet my pants over, but I think I'm okay with that. :)
