am an army wife and my husband just recently left for afghanistan the day after christmas. i wont see him again until august for r and r. its such a long time. just want to meet ppl who understand what it is to be married to the military and be faithful to someone when their gone for 15 months.

  | Posted Jun 22nd, 2008 at 5:54AM hey sweetie....just showing my support for you and your husband. august is just around the corner; hang in there. my husband is in the navy...he doesnt leave for 15 months at a time but beleive me i share your pain. He comes home in august as well; i guess its our month this year! take care   |
 | Posted Sep 1st, 2008 at 3:47PM well i know how you feel my husband was just recently deployed in july to afghanistan.. and he will be gone for 15 months. so i am counting days down as well and looking to make some new friends who are in the same boat as i am so if you ever want to talk or anything i am here... jsut send me a message or something. lol :) and best of luck to the both of you!! |

 | Posted Jun 10th, 2009 at 2:14PM Hello, my husband left back in feb to iraq for the 4th time...He was hurt pretty bad the last time...This deployment has me so stressed and scared everyday...Everyday seems to get harder and harder, its not getting easier like everyone says it will... |

| Posted Jul 16th, 2009 at 10:50PM Hi I no how you feel my husband is gettin ready to deploy to Afhanistan for 15 months an i'm already going crazy I dont no hwo I would deal with it all I can do is pray an hae faith an believe that god will watch over him an take good care of him ....I no its hard trusth me he is in Germany right now an I cry almost everyday an the crazy thing is I talk to him everyday so when he do leave for afghanistan I dont know wat I would do i try not to think about it but its allways on my mind...i'm new to this site I just needed to fine people that could understand how am feelin an what i have to deal with ......... sweetie all i can say is keep the faith an believe that god will watch over them an bring them back home safe to us ...an if you ever need to talk dont be a stranger am here because i also need someone to talk 2 ...TAKE CARE AN REMEMBER KEEP THE FAITH |
