5 am getting ready to board the shuttle to start of a race. Planning to run shirtless, though a little uneasy as it is a big race through the city with thousands of other runners. Weather is mid 70's with about 80% humidity. I'm boarding the bus wearing an old heavy cotton long sleeve that I can't imagine running in and plan to ditch before the race. It's not that cold out now but boarding the bus shirtless would be a little more than I can handle, although I might consider it if anybody else was. I think my plan is fine. Here goes!

Wish you the best of luck - the times I've run races shirtless I've always felt stronger - both mentally and physically. Stay strong and I know you'll do well. And above all, enjoy your shirtless run !!

Thanks
