Chocolate Cake


2 cups flour

1 tsp sale

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup hot coffee (EXTRA strong)

1 cup milk

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

 

I just toss it all in the bowl and mix well for 5 minutes.  The batter will be VERY thin.

 

Pour into a greased and floured 9' x 13' pan.  Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.

 

You can frost it if you like, but is AWESOME warm, unfrosted, with vanilla ice cream.  This cake NEVER lasts very long at our house.  Enjoy!
