A good walk always helps you regain your thoughts. It not only helps you burn some calories but also can relieve a lot of your stress.

I enjoy walking late night on streets when the silent falls or alternatively go for a trail walk surrounded by nature.

These days though am not doing much of these things coz I have off late started to enjoy running more than the walks.. but again a cool down walk towards the end of your run always brings you close to your inner self. The sound of your own breath while you are recovering from a run, the feeling of your chest and stomach rising up and down, the gush of cold wind blowing through your nose as you breath and blowing your hair which is all sweaty with the run it's an experience you cannot describe but needs to be felt..
