I have weighed the odds and no matter how many accidents, embarassments, and other situations I will go fully diapered as soon as I move. I live with family right now that only put up with my lifestyle because thier family and I don't have enough to move right now. Diapers have become such a main part of my life to the point that I can no longer sleep unless diapered and I just don't feel normal unless diapered. as for scared only slightly I've worn for weeks at a time No toilets and diaper bag everywere and honestly I found it easier than always having to run and find a bathroom everywere I go. I only had a couple people ask me about my bag and I just tell them its medical supplies they would then ask what and I'd just say "I'm incontinent." and that usually stopped it right there they would just look at my waist see it was a little out compaired to the rest of my body and say nothing more but "have a nice day, night whichever."
