So I started to work out 2 months ago, starting to see results! I've lost 15 pounds already, and I plan to lose at least 10-15 more. I want to get rid of my belly fat that's left, and getting more defined in the process. I also have a small case of the "man-boobs"! They are very difficult to get rid of. I've been doing push-ups and running to get rid of them, they're slowly getting better. If anyone has any excercise suggestions to help me with this, please feel free to share!
I love the feeling of being lighter and having more energy! I'm starting to be proud of my body and I hope I'll get to be even prouder in the future!

go for it. I have been loosing pounds since march. I feel so much better. 50 lbs down now I just want 15 or 20 more. finally got off my butt and started back walking early in the morning. That will jump start my metabolism again. just eat right and only cheat of food once a week. I have found that even at a restaurant I can get the grilled fish and steamed veggies and I am perfectly fine. Even when I am around my midwest family who insists on Chicken Fried everything. ! and they never met a potato they did not like.

That's cool Kiwoo,
glad you've stuck with it! I found that starting was the hardest part. Once you get into a routine, its alot easier to stay on track with it! I swim occasionally, the thing is that i suck at swimming..... like ALOT! But it's definitely a great workout! I've even gone swimming in my speedo for the first time a few weeks ago! Hopefully i get to do it more.
Thanks for the input!
