Love the Rush

 i start out with alot of stretching ... i had R.A. as a child soo im not very flexible so im trying to increase that  * now that im nearing thirty ... go figure * then  i do some stepping on my fireplace ...  use it as a step to none other than Trish Stratus' s entrance theme  that gets me pumped ... then  im up to sixty crunches i think ... and i do some pushups leg lifts and situps .. then i cool down with more stretching and when its warm i go for a walk .. right after wards ... i feel so sluggish cause i havent exercised in so long ... due to being sick and everything ...  i cant wait til i get home tomorrow so i can exercise even though im sick
