amed girl. I weigh about 130 on average but im 5'7". I can bench about 75 lbs right now which i figure is decent compared to my skinny size. My goal is 100 lbs by the end of april. Hope i can get there, hes working toward 300. I use to hate lifting but now that i track my progress its a lot more fun, kinda like stats in softball or basketball.
