Definitely Back Into a Harder Workout Now...

I added some heavy bag work into my regular workout last week and now it's graduated into what I do during my "rests" between weight exercises.

I've gone to throwing 3 sets of 12 jabs, crosses, and/or uppercuts in between each exercise. And once I'm done with my arms, I throw 3 sets of front, side, and roundhouse kicks in. Add that to my usual arm presses, curls, and such, as well as oblique and straight crunches and I'm in sweet, sweet pain.

My arms and stomach are on fire right now. I love that feeling so much... can't type anymore. Fingers will fall off.
