Enjoy Working Out

I really enjoy working out, taking care of my body and keeping it looking nice. I use to work out most of the days out of the week, but lately I have really been slacking off. When I finally do get back into it again for like so many days in a role, I end up getting busy and next thing you know 5 days passed by and I did not workout. I played sports in high school and college so I was always very active. I have not been as active now as I was then, but I will try to get back into  working out for at least 4-5 days out of the week. I usually just lift weights, run, walk, and get on the cardio machines.  I really do enjoy working out though. I have a lot of energy so sometimes I do not like just sitting around the house. I will try to stay as active as I can; all the way up until old lady.

You are aware that you need to workout and you take every advantage when you have the time. So don't be too hard on yourself.<br />
