I tried the everyday workout and ended up tearing muscles! Now I'm on a every-other-day with multiple different exercises using calisthenics and some weights. It's important to do different exercises or your muscles 'get used to the same ol'.

Hate doing squats n crunches but I guess it's got to be done if you wanna improve your *** lol

I love working out chest, arms and back.
