I have to workout it really does help with my depression & stress, which I both don't really need in my life, so working out really does it for me... But, I Had such an amazing workout 💪this morning and now I feel great 😆believe it or not I'm still in my sweaty gym clothes right now 🙈🙊whelp, Time to wash up and head out the door.. I hope everyone of you in this amazing group enjoyed their workouts today😁☺😊

I totally agree. When I workout I forgot all my stress and negative thoughts. I also like reading workout tips here http://dblogged.com/ . A sound mind in a sound body.

It's interesting how it helps stress. And I like muscles on girls
