I used to be 278 pounds and hated doing anything physical. Now I'm at 155 and have to talk myself OUT of going to the gym every once in a while so my body can rest. It's almost like an addiction lol.

Thats what. I see it as a task. A milestone. I read it somewhere, see it as a way of leading life. Like everyday thing. Routine. But i am unable to do that.

That's great, keep up the good work! Take a rest when needed, then get back to it. I once worked with a guy who lost 220 lbs in about 1 1/2 years, then he put it all back on plus even more. Now he's disabled, living in a nursing home. Very sad, a guy in his mid 40's.

Not a bad addiction to have. You don't want to overdo it, though. Otherwise you'll get injured and not be able to work out due to your injury.

How long did that take you?
