I just started working out, I'm 115 pounds, 5'6. Im just trying to stick to an easy workout to tone up my muscles.
I have been walking up 7 flights of stairs, 3 times a day. & i have been doing 40 sit ups in the morning, 40 at night, and I've only been able to do able 5 push ups each morning and night. Lol. Im working on that daily though. Any tips?

Add weights

Make sure you eat plenty of protein to help build/tone muscle. You clearly have no fat to lose, so it's pretty important.

Your diet is very important in this.
