For the very first time ever since September, I skipped cardio today. I feel guilty :/

You feel guilty for missing cardio because you are very dedicated and very strict on your training routine do no let it get to you we all take a break sometimes.

You're right!! Once I start running, no matter how tough it gets, I keep going. I need to reach my daily goal, especially on the treadmill. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
