I just moved to my own place a couple weeks ago and have been to two different local gyms to test them out and they SUCK! It's so depressing because any other gym is out of the way and I'm use to going 3-4 times a week :(
What are some of your favorite home workouts?

Get urself a total gym. It easy to store and move around, less the gym memberships too. I lost 20 ls using it and it keeps u fit.

pushups squats and planks along with resistance bands.
do 5 pushups the next day do 10 and then 15 etc. within a year you will hit 2000 a day.
100 squats 4 times a week
30 second plank add 7 seconds everyday within a month you should 5 minutes and then variations begin.
resistance bands just 100 reps of whatever im doing

I love to do push ups, sit ups, and then running 2 miles

I don't really work out at home but I really enjoy doing push-ups and pull ups.
