I do love to workout and stay fit. I always feel better after a good workout.

My advice to those who are thinking about going to the gym but may be a little intimidated. I'd say please don't be. Gyms are for everyone of all levels of fitness.
Remember all the fit people in the gym didn't get that way over night. I'll use my self as an example. It took me at least two years to get where I am today and I still feel like I'm not where I want to be.

Two years ago I had to start out at the lowest levels on the cardio machines and weight machines. Then increased the levels and weight amounts gradually.

So my point is, if you're thinking of going back to the gym. I applaud you and don't be intimated. Go for it and start a new chapter in your life. You'll be a healthier and happier you.
Once you reach your goals, stick too it and maintain what you worked so hard to get.

The power is in your hands and you can make a difference in your life. If you can't afford the gym. Remember, walking, jogging, biking etc. There are other options.
